She has over 25 years of experience as a Research Manager in the Research and Innovation Department of Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Since 2011, she has been the Project Manager of the HRS4R-Human Resources Strategy for Researchers initiative at Politecnico di Torino and, since 2021, a National Representative in the European Research Area Committee’s Standing Working Group on HR and Mobility, contributing to the revision of the European Charter for Researchers.
An experienced lead assessor for the European Commission on HRS4R implementation since 2016, Chiara has also participated as an expert in European studies on researchers’ occupations, skills, and competencies.
She holds a 2nd-level Master’s degree in University and Research Management, with a thesis focused on “Career development support services in universities: Focus on PhD candidates and Early Career Researchers”.
