Head of the Legal Services and secretary of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Agro-Food Research and Technology (IRTA), directing since 2015 the legal services of this research institute of the Government of Catalonia.
He has participated as a speaker in conferences mainly related to Administrative Law and the public sector. He is a member of the legal commission of the CERCA Institute (Catalunya) and he has collaborated in several publications of the Observatory of Bioethics and Law of the University of Barcelona.
Degree in law from Pompeu Fabra University, specialist in public law and advice to research centers, companies and public administrations.
