Responsible for the Quality and Innovation Unit at CSIC
Officer of the Superior Corps of Civil Administrators of the State. She has held various positions as Deputy Director General in different ministries and is currently Deputy Secretary General of Economic Action and responsible for the Quality and Innovation Unit of the CSIC.
Quality Evaluator in the EFQM model of Excellence applied to the Public Administration; member of the evaluation team in the Quality Awards in Public Administration 2002 and responsible for the project winning the Award for Best Practices of Internal Management 2006 with the “Strategic Plan of the National Geographical Institute”.
Expert in management training and a regular collaborator of training institutes of officials and business schools, for which she has developed teaching material with the “case methodology”.
Author of numerous articles on public and book management and policies on organizational change and transformation in the Public Administration.
Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
